You'll report to the Director of Quality & Performance, driving key improvements in how Auth0 handles billions of access requests yearly. This role requires the leadership of a global team, working on testing frameworks and ensuring datasets adequately represent real-world usage patterns. You will collaborate across functions to facilitate best practices and improve performance testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead load testing framework improvements
• Ensure accurate test dataset generation for meaningful testing
• Coordinate high-impact projects with cross-functional teams
• Analyze performance metrics and resolve identified issues
• Mentor engineers in performance optimization strategies
Requirements:
• Expertise in performance testing frameworks and monitoring tools
• Experience leading a globally diverse engineering team
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, notably AWS
• Knowledge of chaos engineering practices and tools
• Understanding of software architecture and microservices
