You will assess training needs, create comprehensive training curricula, and utilize e-learning tools effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs for various end-users
• Design training curricula and develop necessary resources
• Provide project management insights for alignment with timelines




• Create evaluation methods for continuous learning support
• Facilitate and support classroom training sessions
Requirements:
• Experience in facilitating adult learning programs
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AODA compliance and guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years in the healthcare training sector preferred
