Our client arewilling to pay to relocatea suitable candidate. This is a full-time permanent position with great growth potential.This is a growth-oriented prospect where you'll take the lead on mechanical building systems design for commercial, residential, institutional and heavy industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, a passion for solving technical problems, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.Key Responsibilities Include the Following:Lead mechanical engineering design for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and related infrastructureConduct site visits and provide technical input during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phasesDevelop mechanical specifications, equipment schedules, and design documentationInterface with multidisciplinary teams including structural, electrical, and civil engineersPrepare and review drawings, reports, and technical documentation for internal and client useParticipate in business development activities and proposal preparationMentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organizationMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodiesIdeal Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringRegistered P.Eng.
