As the Manager of Asset Management & Technical Standards, you will report to the Director of Distribution Engineering. Your mission will be to lead a team dedicated to optimizing the lifecycle of distribution assets. You’ll manage compliance with safety regulations while ensuring the resilience and sustainability of the distribution network. Drive forward-thinking engineering practices that meet the challenges of electrification and climate change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a high-performing team through mentorship and goal setting
• Develop strategic Asset Management Plans for corporate alignment
• Oversee engineering standards and system coordination
• Navigate regulatory compliance and risk modeling
• Manage departmental budgets for optimal resource allocation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program
• Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario
• At least five years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace and other office tools
