Role Overview

At PwC, our cybersecurity team protects organizations from evolving cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies.

You will lead client engagements, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data.

Responsibilities

- Account Leadership – anticipate, identify, and frame client needs; position PwC services to solve client problems; integrate resources and technical solutions.
- Build trusted relationships – identify key stakeholders; understand motivations and client cultures; communicate PwC’s strategic perspective on cybersecurity trends.
- Develop client strategy – maintain informed opinions on security program direction; create a "first to support" strategy; engage technical competency teams to deliver solutions.
- Business development – identify and win opportunities; differentiate PwC services; partner with competency leads across Data Security, IAM, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and more.
- Project delivery – collaborate with teams to meet scope of work; communicate expectations, deviations, and risks; ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
- Team leadership – set performance goals; coach teammates; design practice improvements; retain high-performing talent.

Qualifications

- Strong client service experience with ability to manage diverse stakeholders and deliver high satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal, written,



and oral communication skills; experience presenting in business contexts.
- Proficiency with consulting methodologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NIST CSF, OSFI B‑13) and practical application.
- Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities: strategy, policy, controls, risk measurement, and monitoring.
- Experience advising on Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity programs: strategy, governance, risk assessment, architecture, compliance, and roadmap.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity strategy topics: data protection, identity and access management, application security, asset management, network infrastructure, cloud security, vulnerability management, resilience, and third‑party risk.
- Familiarity with transformative technologies such as AI.
- Desirable certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, or equivalent.

Compensation

Salary range: $112,400 – $162,400 (based on experience, location, and qualifications).

Variable incentive pay programs are available for eligible employees. Compensation is determined by role, experience, skills, and work location.
