Roles & Responsibilities
- Help Create engage with one of our key franchise partners and be accountable for the quality of content and partnership.
- Brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept and execute on the delivery.
- Ensure completion of commitments, work daily with the art team and coordinate with the design team.
- Communicate closely with external franchise leadership and ADs to remain aligned and maintain traction of the changes.
- Report to the Create Head of Creative.
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid experience in game art and game development, having shipped multiple game titles in the role of art director.
- Proven ability to provide art direction, showcase direction to franchise leadership and push towards alignment.
- Strong storytelling capability under a consistent visual language, able to leverage concept, 3D, lighting, VFX and audio to realize a designed narrative; alternatively, able to drive the entire cosmetic pipeline from concept to 3D, animation and integration.
- Experience in either stylized or realistic genre (experience in both preferred).
- Ability to give timely, effective feedback to the art team and ensure execution according to commitment while maintaining team health status.
- Fluent in English, able to run art presentations to both internal and external teams.
- 10+ years in the game industry and 5+ years in senior roles (art director or lead).
- Team leadership experience, having effectively led a team; people‑manager experience preferred.
