Description

AWS Security Assurance Services LLC is a PCI-QSAC and HITRUST External Assessor Firm that helps customers achieve, maintain, and automate compliance in the cloud. In this role you will work with large enterprise customers to operationalize the shared responsibility model, design and deliver security assurance and compliance solutions, and guide teams through the migration of sensitive workloads onto the AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead teams that include Amazonians, partners, and customers to enhance security assurance and compliance programs.
- Define innovative compliance and risk‑management approaches that help customers move sensitive workloads onto the cloud faster.
- Resolve security assurance questions and manage risk to achieve compliance during engagements through deep‑dive discussions, strategic presentations, and demonstrations of automated compliance in the AWS environment.
- Collaborate with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to convey partner and customer feedback for technology roadmaps.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.





Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA) and their architecture.
- Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
- Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private.
- Experience in SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as Generative / Agentic AI and data & analytics.

Compensation

Base salary ranges are:

- Vancouver, BC: 146,000 – 211,600 CAD annually
- Ottawa, ON: 146,000 – 211,600 CAD annually
- Toronto, ON: 146,000 – 211,600 CAD annually
