The Associate Director of Investment will support the Group Director of Broadcast in managing

the overall group workload and mentoring the team on client needs.

In addition, they are responsible for their assigned client responsibilities as it pertains to the

running of the business and the achievement of media objectives on a fiscal basis.

What your day will look like:

- Daily meeting with Supervisor to identify key group tasks for week
- Review team POV’s and issue to client and strategy team
- Present go to market strategy to client as part of overall communication plan
- Oversee daily systems and procedures (estimate, reporting, maintenance)
- Manage the training/mentoring and management of junior level team members
- Prepare client cost guides and procedures manual for next fiscal
- Interview potential candidates for levels up to Supervisor
- Lead performance management process for your direct reports
- Meet with reps from key partners to talk about your client investment needs
- Present New Fall Season presentation to clients
- Issue reports to client
