Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead the accounting team effectively
• Direct financial reporting and ensure adherence to principles
• Perform monthly financial close processes accurately




• Analyze monthly results against budget and prior periods
• Assist in financial forecasting and ad-hoc reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance
• Knowledge of ERP reporting systems, preferably Epicor
• Strong skills in financial analysis and presenting reports
• CPA license preferred but not required
