• Steward and solicit Division's top donors through face-to-face engagement
• Develop annual and multi-year fundraising strategies
• Lead mid-level fundraising program and donor pathways
• Drive capital campaign fundraising in collaboration with leadership
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in progressive fundraising experience
• Proven success in major gift solicitation
• Experience managing and developing fundraising teams
• Robust CRM proficiency, ideally Raiser's Edge
• CFRE designation required
