You will lead design activities, ensuring quality and compliance while mentoring your engineering team to elevate their skills. Client interaction is key in this leadership role.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct planning and scheduling for engineering designs • Ensure delivery aligns with quality, schedule, and cost objectives • Manage multidisciplinary teams and technical deliverables • Approve engineering designs consistent with project goals • Act as primary technical point of contact for clients

Requirements: • Post-graduate degree in Engineering • P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation needed • 10-15 years of EPCM experience in the energy sector • Proven leadership in client and project management • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
