You’ll handle commercial, corporate, and technology law issues for the global HEALWELL AI group while promoting compliance and fueling business growth across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on commercial and SaaS-related legal matters
• Draft and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
• Manage complex customer transactions and bespoke legal arrangements




• Engage in strategic business initiatives and projects
• Oversee governance compliance within Canada
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience
• Proven record in negotiating commercial agreements
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian commercial law
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
• Strong collaborative relationship-building skills
