Key Responsibilities:
• Manage post-silicon qualification and productization • Develop ATE test programs for performance screening • Define characterization plans across multiple conditions • Analyze silicon data for process tuning and improvements • Collaborate on ASIC binning methodologies
Requirements: • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree • 5–10 years' experience in Product Engineering • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing flows • Competence with ATE testing and debugging • Robust statistical analysis skills
