This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm. While we will consider all locations within Canada, a strong preference will be given to candidates that can work from our office in Regina, SK.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop desktop software with VB.NET and the Microsoft .NET framework
- Design and develop web-based software for internet-facing components




- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Implement application software to support our business processes
- Understand relevant business processes and software objectives
- Understand and implement internally established architectural principles
- Consistently follow company-defined Software Development Life Cycle procedures
- Perform unit testing prior to handing software off to QA
- Tune the performance of the software and SQL Server databases
- Provide support for the maintenance of software applications
- Propose business and technical solutionsEvaluate, recommend and implement off-the-shelf software
