As an experienced HR Generalist, you will report directly to the CEO and serve on the management team. Your focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and coaching for various teams. You will also handle benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws while continuously improving HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee performance and development initiatives
• Coach managers on employee relations and compliance
• Administer employee benefits and health & safety
• Develop and enhance HR policies and programs
Requirements:
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Generalist experience across multiple disciplines
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
