Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing
• Ensure compliance with ASPE & IFRS in reporting
• Manage investor and lender reporting documentation




• Conduct cash flow forecasts and capital calls
• Supervise tax compliance efforts and auditor collaborations
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of relevant financial experience
• Proficient in accounting and reporting standards
