Chick‑fil‑A Tanger Ottawa is currently seeking a team member for BOH‑Kitchen team – Full time.

Responsibilities

- Uphold the restaurant vision, mission, culture, and core values at all times.
- Support our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy through excellent service and teamwork.
- Follow all Pathway training standards and continuously strive for operational excellence.
- Adhere to our First Mile, Second Mile, and Recovery Service Models.
- Comply with all food safety, quality, and legislative requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Execute standard operating procedures effectively, including handling kitchen equipment and systems.
- Work efficiently in a quick‑paced, high‑demand environment while meeting speed, quality, and safety expectations.
- Demonstrate strong personal qualities, including humility, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required—training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills and Working Conditions

- Comfortable working in evening shifts up to 11pm
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time




- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be available to work Mondays - Saturdays
- Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month
- Must be comfortable taking guest orders outside in the Drive Thru
