*Overview*We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team. This role involves applying protective and decorative coatings to various metal and industrial components, ensuring quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and welding. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and safety are paramount.*Responsibilities*Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as neededOperate spray painting equipment efficiently to apply coatings evenly on parts and assembliesUse hand tools, power tools,



and welding equipment to assist in surface preparation and finishing tasksUtilize cranes and forklifts for moving heavy or bulky items safely within the workspaceFollow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce wastePerform quality checks on painted components to ensure finish standards are metMaintain a clean work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operationAssist with assembly or machining tasks when required, supporting overall production goals*Requirements*Mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments preferredProficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and basic math skills for measurements and calculationsFamiliarity with crane operation and forklift handling is a plusExperience in spray painting or coating application is highly desirableKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiencyAbility to work safely around machinery, including machining equipment and assembly stationsStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality controlAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environmentThis role is integral to maintaining high-quality standards within our manufacturing process.
