Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete configuration and testing of Workday functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with system capabilities
• Set design and configuration standards for HR systems




• Lead and mentor a high-performance HRIS team
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, with 5-7 years’ experience
• Proficiency in Workday configurations and reporting
• Demonstrated expertise in team development in HRIS
• Strong communication skills for handling diverse stakeholder needs
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting and enhancing system use
