Senior Manager – Change Management

At PwC, our Workforce Transformation team focuses on organisational transformation, change management, HR, and talent. In this role, you will lead and support large‑scale change management engagements across technology, business model implementation, and other contexts.

Responsibilities

- Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high‑profile client engagements.
- Lead business development activities to identify opportunities with recent or existing clients.
- Lead multiple complex change management engagements covering stakeholder mapping, governance, impact assessment, adoption strategy, communication, and training plans.
- Facilitate and lead innovative client workshops and manage client teams.
- Manage engagement economics, oversee quality, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Coach and mentor team members, encouraging ownership of personal development.
- Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators, and methodologies in the workforce and AI era.
- Keep up to date on AI and change‑management trends, sharing insights and contributing to thought leadership.
- Contribute to technical acumen locally, nationally, and globally within the network.

Qualifications





- Significant experience delivering organisational transformation and technology implementation services in multiple industries, in consulting or in‑house roles.
- Experience in Workforce Transformation areas such as technology implementation (Workday, SAP, Salesforce, cybersecurity, etc.), Business Model Implementation, and AI impacts on workforce.
- Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills.
- Track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results while mentoring future leaders.
- Experience in proposal development and sales presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and coach different teams across topics.
- Ability to create current sales opportunities from current and existing clients.
- Strong client relationship skills rooted in service excellence.
- Creative problem‑solving approach and eagerness to learn processes.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage ambiguity in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Prior consulting experience highly recommended.
- Fluency in English; French required for collaboration with English‑speaking clients, colleagues, or stakeholders.

Compensation

Salary range: $168,000 – $218,000 (depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location). Variable incentive pay may also apply.
