Based at our Calgary, Alberta office, this full time role combines virtual and onsite training sessions. You'll support both existing and new customers during software implementation, ensuring smooth transitions. Your experience navigating accounting operations and bilingual skills are key to fostering exceptional relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions on PBS DMS software
• Provide ongoing support to clients with software integration




• Maintain positive client relationships and exceed expectations
• Develop expertise in PBS training processes
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client queries
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of automotive accounting experience
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the US
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport
