Job Description We are seeking an experienced

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

with experience to support enterprise applications, preferably within the Public Sector. The role involves developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and executing functional, integration, regression, non-functional, accessibility, and UAT testing. Candidates should also have hands-on automation testing experience and work effectively in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices.

Execute manual testing including functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, accessibility, performance, and non-functional testing.

Perform defect tracking using tools like

JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla .

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using

Selenium, Katalon, Appium, Postman , or similar tools.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams in Agile/Scrum environments.





Validate data integrity, backend testing, and support CI/CD testing activities.

Ensure compliance with

AODA

and OPS quality standards.

Must Have Skills

5+ years of experience in manual testing, test case/script development, and test data preparation.

Experience creating

test strategies, test plans, and traceability matrices .

2+ years of automation testing experience.

Hands-on experience with

Selenium, Katalon, Appium, Postman , or similar automation tools.

Experience with

Agile/Scrum

methodology.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience testing enterprise applications in

Public Sector

environments.

Knowledge of

AODA

accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Oracle Siebel Public Sector (COTS/SaaS) .

API testing (REST/SOAP), SQL/backend testing, JMeter/LoadRunner.

Scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Bash).

Experience with SharePoint, .NET Web Services, HTML, and CI/CD pipelines.
