Platform Analyst – Cloud & Core Networking (Contract). We are hiring a Platform Analyst for a leading enterprise organization in the retail technology sector. In this role, you'll support digital innovation, cloud platforms, and analytical infrastructure while working with a dynamic team of technology professionals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping scalable and resilient network solutions that support modern retail operations and customer-focused platforms. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in cloud networking, software development, or related technical fields.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud and core networking environments
- Participate in on-call support and incident resolution processes
- Assist in the research, design, and planning of new network technologies
- Collaborate with teams to ensure projects align with technical standards
- Contribute to documentation and help evolve infrastructure to meet contemporary business needs
Requirements / Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in cloud networking and software development (1–2 years)
- Must have experience with automating cloud infrastructure deployment and management with Terraform
- Interest in Automation DevOps and Infrastructure as a Code (IaaS)
- Experience with any one of the following cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS
- Experience in standard networking technologies (routing, switching, load balancing, IP sub-netting)
- Basic understanding of cloud networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Solid communication skills and curiosity to explore better ways of working

- Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)
