In this field-based position, you will support Clearwater Structures with essential health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies. This role demands a proactive individual with at least three years of experience in heavy civil construction, dedicated to fostering a safe work workplace across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support safety operations across multiple Ontario regional sites
• Conduct workplace and project inspections regularly
• Address safety concerns raised by field personnel




• Monitor subcontractor compliance and documentation
• Facilitate employee safety training and orientations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
• Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
• Proficient with SiteDocs and Microsoft Office
• Valid G Driver’s License and field presence required
