Shipyard Boilermakers, Shipfitters, Fabricator - $107.35 LOA + Paid Flights + Housing - $59.29/hr - North Vancouver, BC

This contract opportunity seeks experienced Shipfitters and Metal Fabricators to join a major union shipbuilding project in North Vancouver, BC. Workers will contribute to vessels for the Royal Canadian Navy and Canadian Coast Guard, enjoying excellent wages, double-time overtime, and full relocation support. The ideal candidates are certified tradespeople with strong shipbuilding or heavy industrial experience, ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Need

- Valid Journeyperson Metal Fabricator or Boilermaker certification (Red Seal preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of metal fabrication, fitting, structural steel, or shipbuilding experience
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Experience fitting and assembling structural steel components
- Experience using common fabrication tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full PPE required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no LMIA or work permit sponsorship)
- Background and security checks required
- Willingness to relocate to North Vancouver for contract duration
