We are hiring a Talent Coordinator to step into a new role on our People and Culture team on the Hazel McCallion LRT project. This position reports to the .

What You Will Be Doing?

- Support the Manager – Talent Acquisition with organizing and scheduling interviews.
- Attending interviews and consolidate notes for record keeping
- Manage the company website for posting
- Generate relevant forms to comply with the recruitment process
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions
- Experience in reporting and working on Ad-hoc reports.
- Coordinate with the broader Human Resources team with onboarding.
- Communicate with Information Technology department to ensure a smooth onboarding for external candidates and secondments.

What We Are Looking For?

- Bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in human resources or a related field.




- 2-3 years experience in talent coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a construction environment is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong experience in using Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
- Strong Organization Skills

Expected Compensation

Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $65,000.00 CAD - $70,000.00 CAD The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
