We are hiring a Salesforce Scrum Master for an onsite role in Toronto, ON.

Must-have requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce programs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experience managing end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, sprint readiness,



story refinement, and DoR/DoD alignment.
- Robust stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Experience identifying and resolving impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience tracking Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and release coordination.
- Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) certification is mandatory.

This is an onsite role based in Toronto, ON.
