Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective IT strategic planning and execution
• Manage and monitor departmental project priorities
• Direct clinical informatics and IT initiatives for decision-making




• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for IT team
• Develop and manage the annual budget for IT initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s preferred
• 5-7 years in IT management within healthcare
• Proven experience with electronic patient record systems
• Knowledge of external healthcare reporting requirements
• Certification in Project Management Qualified is a plus
