As an Engineering Coordinator with Fairmont Waterfront, you'll manage maintenance requests, utilize the Transcendent Maintenance Management System, and liaise with Shift Engineers. Your strong organizational and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective communication and enhance operational efficiency while supporting both guests and staff in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign maintenance requests to Shift Engineers
• Keep records of maintenance jobs in Transcendent System
• Schedule contractors for specific engineering projects




• Prepare work schedules for Shift Engineers
• Respond to Health and Safety Committee requests
Requirements:
• Previous guest service-related experience
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems; Opera experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly responsible and reliable work ethic
