We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Test Engineer for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Appleton, WI area where we build advanced electronics.

The Mission:

- Innovate & Launch: Architect and validate advanced functional, in-circuit, and system-level test solutions for existing products and NPI.
- Lead & Mentor: Serve as the technical anchor,



guiding junior engineers and technicians on high-impact projects.
- Solve & Optimize: Master root-cause analysis, analyze yield data, and troubleshoot complex test equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate: Partner directly with cross-functional teams and premier global customers.
- BSEE, BSIE, or BSQET degree + 6+ years of test engineering experience.
- Deep technical mastery of analog, digital, and RF circuits (plus hands-on VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generator experience).
- Expertise in simulation/design software and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Bonus: Experience in PCB manufacturing, AS9100/ISO environments, Lean, or 6-Sigma.
