In this foundational role, the VP of Finance will work closely with the CEO and the Controller to create a financial operating system that supports Edgecom’s rapid scaling. The chance includes not only managing the annual budget and operating plan but also ensuring the organization is prepared for Series B diligence. You will take charge of critical finance operations, paving the way for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the financial operating model
• Maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting




• Manage the rolling cash forecast and reporting
• Lead discussions on investor updates and board packages
• Ensure regulatory compliance in cross-border finance
Requirements:
• 8-12+ years in finance with leadership roles
• Experience in creating new FP&A; functions
• Deep understanding of revenue complexities in B2B
• Familiarity with Canadian and US financial standards
• Proven track record in team leadership
