Rhodes Wellness College is hiring an Instructor for Life Skills Coaching Programs. Ideal candidates are ICF-certified Coaches who thrive in a supportive educational atmosphere.
The role requires ICF credentialed Coaches with experience in teaching and facilitating interactive learning. Ideal candidates will hold an ACC or PCC credential and have a background in experiential teaching methods. The position involves facilitating coaching courses of varying lengths, ensuring student engagement, and evaluating performance through assignments and exams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging lessons online via Zoom
• Prepare lesson plans and course materials for each session
• Grade all student assignments and assessments
• Submit final grades within the established timeline
• Adhere to college policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Must have ICF credential (ACC or PCC)
• Experience with online and experiential teaching
• Ability to deliver both online and in-person classes
• Knowledge of student assessment methods
• Robust organizational and communication abilities
