Shape the internal narrative at Seaspan as the Internal Communications Manager. Leverage your strategic skills and team leadership to elevate employee engagement and information sharing across the organization.
In this 20-month maternity leave coverage role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Communications. You’ll oversee the development of impactful content while implementing a multi-year strategic communications plan. Seeking a qualified with a minimum of seven years in internal or external communications, you will support senior leaders and ensure clarity in messaging throughout Seaspan’s diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee internal communications strategies
• Produce content for events, presentations, and speeches




• Maintain communication standards for branding and clarity
• Identify new communications tools and strategies
• Manage budget for internal events and initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 7-10 years in internal/external communications
• Proven leadership in change management campaigns
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders
• Outstanding writing and editing skills in English
