In this key position, reporting to the Director of Technical Services, you will ensure that aircraft deliverables for the Global 7500/8000 meet customer expectations on time and within budget. You'll coordinate responses, technical investigations, and communications while collaborating with multiple departments including Engineering and Customer Response. Your leadership skills will be vital in managing a talented team and fostering excellent relationships with suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Technical Services operations and administration
• Manage deliverables with status reporting and program reviews
• Integrate and monitor departmental schedules
• Provide budget forecasting and performance metrics
• Support Technical Briefing to Customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years aerospace customer support experience
• Proven leadership with strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
