Candidates should have operational experience in natural gas processing, enabling them to create effective training materials and sessions. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and update training programs for gas plant operations
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and current employees
• Utilize various training methods including online and hands-on




• Maintain accurate training records and compliance
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs
Requirements:
• Direct experience in natural gas processing
• Minimum three years in a Training Coordinator role
• Certification in Power Engineering preferred
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and Canadian work eligibility
