We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Business Analyst to support enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives on the Archer SaaS platform. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, create user stories and functional specifications, support Archer application configuration, QA, SIT/UAT, reporting, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable risk and compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows
- Support RSA Archer configuration and reporting
- Develop test cases and support SIT/UAT
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities

Qualifications

- 3–7+ years of RSA Archer Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Archer Evolv
- Robust GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance knowledge
- Experience with QA, UAT, Agile, and Waterfall
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
