Department: Human Resources

Entity: CS e-Storage

Reports To: Global HR Manager

Location: Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast‑growing e‑Storage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with day‑to‑day execution.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Drive change management initiatives in a high‑growth environment

Hands‑On HR Delivery

- Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles,



and offboarding
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Support compensation and promotion processes
- Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities

Systems & Data (Workday)

- Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems
- Use insights to inform decision‑making and improve business outcomes

Recruitment and Retention

- Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiativesChampion company culture and values across the e‑Storage business

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Strong working knowledge of Workday (transactions, reporting, data management)
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy‑related businesses is a plus
- Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
