As a life and health insurance financial security advisor, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies. Your focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance, retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and life and health insurance claims settlement. You promote and sell financial security products and services, communicate effectively, fully understand clients’ expressed needs, and develop personalized solutions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures, support current and potential members and clients, tailor your approach as needed, represent the organization, and negotiate agreements with clients. Interpersonal savvy is essential. This role requires a college diploma in a related field, a minimum of two years of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered), a representative’s certificate in damage insurance (AMF), knowledge of French, availability for travel to the Caisse Desjardins de Rivière-du-Loup service centers, a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, and the ability to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings per week.
