In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Victoria’s Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Victoria’s Secret Manager owns:Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actionsProduct storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experienceCategory-level performance insights,
