Arista Networks is in search of an experienced Software Engineer to join our dedicated EOS development team. Work on groundbreaking software solutions using C, C++, and Python to support data center operations.
As part of the EOS team, you'll engage deeply with software development processes, taking ownership from inception to deployment. You'll code, test, and collaborate with marketing and customer support teams, ensuring our products meet high standards. Your experience will directly influence the efficiency of our data center networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed functional and design specs for EOS
• Resolve small-sized challenges within EOS software
• Author automated test programs for feature testing




• Debug and resolve issues identified by testing
• Support Customer Engineers in analyzing network problems
Requirements:
• BSc or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of skilled software development experience
• Strong skills in C, C++, and Python programming
• Understanding of networking principles (L2/L3)
• Practical experience in routing or switching software
