If you think you would be the right person to join our team working towards this goal, we would love to hear from you!Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager, Contract will provide hands‑on accounting and financial reporting support during a leadership parental leave. This individual contributor role is responsible for executing and reviewing core accounting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and maintaining strong close, reporting, and control processes. The role reports to the VP of Finance and serves as a key accounting owner during the interim period. This position is well‑suited for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in an execution‑oriented environment, can operate independently, and is comfortable stepping in to support the accounting team where required.What You’ll DoMonth‑End & Quarter‑End CloseExecute and oversee month‑end close processes in accordance with US GAAPPrepare and review journal entriesPerform and review balance sheet and key P&L account fluctuationsEnsure close timelines are met with a high degree of accuracy and documentationAccounting Review & OversightReview accounting working papers and schedules prepared by other team members for completeness and accuracyEnsure consistent application of accounting policies and proceduresControls, Compliance & AuditSupport internal and external audit activities, including PBC requests and audit inquiriesPartner with the VP of Finance to address complex or judgmental accounting mattersCross‑Functional & Operational SupportCollaborate with FP&A, payroll, tax, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting of financial dataSupport ERP and accounting system processes and help resolve system‑related issuesDocument key accounting processes to support continuity and knowledge transferAd Hoc ProjectsSupport special accounting initiatives as needed (e.G., system enhancements, policy updates,



transaction support)Provide interim leadership coverage on accounting matters during the contract periodWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including responsibility for month end and quarter end close in a U.S. GAAP reporting environmentStrong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, and disclosure requirementsDemonstrated experience supporting audit‑intensive environments, including external audit readiness and rigor around documentation and controls. Public company experience considered an assetExperience preparing and reviewing complex accounting areas, including revenue recognition, accruals, and estimates requiring professional judgmentProven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and meet demanding reporting timelinesHigh level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and disciplined documentation practicesNice to Have SkillsCPA or equivalent professional certificationExperience with publicly traded or private equity backed organizations with experience in attention to details and rapid paceHands‑on experience with NetSuite and financial close management tools (e.G., FloQast)Experience in technology, SaaS, or recurring revenue business modelsExperience collaborating with external auditors, legal, tax, and advisory teams in preparation for capital markets or transaction related activitiesCompensation & BenefitsThe compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
