Your future role on our team

You’ll lead and support the strategic operational needs of the Mechanical Engineering department at the Mont-Saint-Hilaire office. You’ll be responsiblefor talent development, performance, technical excellence and the sustainablegrowth of this department's activities. You’ll work closely with project teams,various departments and corporate leaders to ensure resources are usedoptimally and the office’s objectives are achieved.

- Engage, coach and develop managers and team members

- Participate in recruiting, onboarding and retaining employees
- Support skills development and succession planning
- Develop and ensure succession plans for key positions
- Coach department managers on leadership matters

Business development

- Support business development activities and strategic opportunities
- Work with project managers, client account managers and sales teams
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

Health, safety and environment

- Serve as a health, safety and environment ambassador
- Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement

- Recognized technical expertise in mechanical engineering in the renewable energy and industrial sectors
