Bringing together strong expertise across disciplines and industries, Fluxon offers full-cycle software development: from ideation and design to build and go-to-market.About the roleWe're looking for the first Lead Talent Partner in Canada: someone who's excited to lead the full recruitment process with passion, while staying organized, motivated, and caring deeply about helping candidates reach their potential.As our Lead Talent Partner, you’ll wear a few different hats, all aimed at making sure we build an amazing team.In this role, you’ll focus on three key areas.Recruitment:Lead the recruiting process in the USA and Canada - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring senior technical roles for the different organizations such as but not limited to Product Management and Engineering all while keeping our people-first culture in mind!Be the main contact for hiring managers and related teams in the USA and CanadaCreate recruiting plans that help us grow our candidate pool for current and future hiring needsProactively search for passive candidates on various job platformsWork in partnership with our teams like interviewing, People ops, and others to create the best candidate-centric experienceKeep our recruitment systems (like Greenhouse)
