Job Description

This role is truly part‑time with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day for 3 or more days per week . We confirm availability, specify shift days and times early in the interview process, and inform team members in advance of any schedule changes. Reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued, and flexibility on both sides is important.

About The Role

Every day the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicine. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform donor screening and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute

- You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
- You will screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- You will use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- You will be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What You Bring To Takeda

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs,



and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Because of potential exposure to blood‑borne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
- One or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
- Current license or certification in the state where duties will be performed: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.
