Position
Full‑Time Licensed 310T Automotive Technician – Mississauga Service Centre. The Automotive Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance, new car stock prep, tire repair/replacement, and brake work according to company policy and procedure. This position requires excellent judgment and initiative. Location: 400 Annagem Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5T 3A8. Pay: $36.00 – $42.00 per hour based on experience.

- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Perform in‑fleet servicing on recent vehicles according to manufacturer specifications/guidelines.
- Perform annual truck safeties.
- Perform buy‑back/turn‑back service according to company procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Process new fleet, lube, oil change, filter, tire rotation, fuel reclamation, or buy‑backs.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Moderate physical activity, handling objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must have a current and valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past five years (DUI/DWI).
- Must have Automotive Service Technicians certificate (310T) Ontario.
- Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current‑model vehicles required.
- Must have a clean mechanical record in Canada.
- Must be able to withstand moderate physical activity (lifting up to 30 lbs, long periods of walking and standing).
- Excellent time‑management skills and strong organizational skills.
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
