Norland is seeking experienced Drillers to join their team in Victoria, BC. This role involves operating a variety of drills for technically challenging excavation and construction projects, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with drilling equipment and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor on Vancouver Island.

What You’ll Need

- Experience operating one or more of these drills: Ranger 800, Atlas Copco T30R,



Hoe Drill, AirTrack, DML
- Experience with top hammer hydraulic drills (preferably Sandvik)
- Safety knowledge and experience in the construction industry
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid Driver’s License (including drivers abstract)
- Fit to work: ability to see, hear, walk, stand, and lift 25kgs
- Basic computer skills and English communication (oral and written)
- Ability to pass pre-access site medicals/drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain Security Screening for handling explosives (PAL will satisfy this requirement)
