Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Highways and Bridges business unit initiatives
• Engage clients through proposal preparation and presentations




• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and with high quality
• Manage team and financial resources effectively
• Oversee designs for erosion control and floodplain management
Requirements:
• Earned degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
• Registered Skilled Engineer in Ontario
• 10+ years of related project experience
• Experience using SWMHYMO, PCSWMM, and InfoWorks
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
