As part of the DC Operations team, you will report to the Datacenter Manager and tackle various responsibilities, from server installation and upgrades to troubleshooting technical issues. Emphasizing safety and customer satisfaction, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of server equipment
• Optimize performance of current systems and integrate recent ones
• Manage cabling and network connections accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Document all maintenance activities in databases
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of IT or systems maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of hardware and networking
