You will apply your knowledge of HVDC and AC characterization to analyze GaN HEMT devices, creating productive test structures and automating measurement systems. Your ability to interpret physical analysis data will aid in understanding device physics, while working closely with modeling teams. Mentoring junior engineers and improving testing procedures will also be integral to your position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical characterization on GaN HEMTs
• Create on-wafer test structures for effective data collection




• Analyze data from thermal imaging and other techniques

• Maintain database accuracy and technical documentation
Requirements:
• MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics; PhD preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in device characterization
• Strong background in high-voltage measurement techniques
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB
