Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning team to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
• Develop and manage shutdown plans for minimal operational impact
• Optimize maintenance backlog and asset management data in CMMS
• Ensure team-oriented inventory management with Supply Chain
• Monitor planning performance and promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related
• Minimum five years in supervisory roles
• More than ten years in maintenance management
• Expertise in gold milling processes required
• Knowledge of RCM methodologies an asset
